This company is a professional and Broadcast equipment supplier and solution provider to the Film, TV and Broadcast industry.

They are looking for an experienced sales support / general administrator to support the sales team and take care of general office administrative duties to cater for their TV, media and broadcast clients.

The role will consist of but will not be limited to:

- Data entry
- Setting up of new products on web admin
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Sales reporting - KPI reports
- Updating stock availability
- Helping with courier bookings and tracking
- Filing
- Uploading documents
- Generating files
- Other general administrative duties

Initial training will be provided for all tasks

You must have the following to be considered for the role:

- Experience of providing exceptional administrative and secretarial support
- Excellent skills in the use of all MS Office applications
- Excellent team working skills with the desire to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
- Professional approach with a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with clients or colleagues.
- Deal with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Positive attitude and approach with the ability to work in a proactive manner.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting work demands.
- Ability to plan, carry out and complete projects or tasks within agreed timescales.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting GBP18,000.00+ per year dependent on experience plus bonuses
