Description: Do you have experience of managing a Contact Centre Team? Are you a highly motivated and inspirational leader with the ability to manage all operational areas within a contact centre environment? Allied Healthcare is currently recruiting a Shift Manager based at our Head Office in Stafford. Working in a lively, fast-paced office, you will be responsible for the ongoing coaching and development of 12 Team Managers. You will also work closely alongside the Workforce Planning, Quality Assurance and Recruitment/Training teams, ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the call centre and achieving the highest levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading operations and managing teams within a contact centre. With excellent communication skills and a supportive and collaborative approach, you will be a strong coach with a good grasp of different coaching models. You will also possess a solid understanding of various Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and will be confident in producing MI reports on call activity and agent performance.
