Account Manager is required by vibrant and highly successful Brighton based data Marketing agency. We are looking for a data savvy marketer who is capable of managing key accounts, essentially with a background in direct and digital data-driven marketing. Your proven track record in marketing will have made you passionate about delivering incremental, financial results for clients by turning data into actionable insight and practical marketing action. You will be joining an award winning growing organisation who are expanding rapidly in terms of the team, technology and offering. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of their accounts and ensuring that both project work and ongoing contracted services are delivered as specified on time, and to budget. You will provide further input into the strategic direction of accounts, including implementing new technologies and fresh marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with the ability to spot opportunities to generate new business within those accounts
  • Frequent contact across all designated accounts including delivering presentations and attending meetings (London and the South Coast mainly)
  • To provide pragmatic commercial value of delivery to clients through accurate, relevant, actionable, clear interpretation and communication of data, results and recommendations - seeking support as and when required
  • To maximise profitable time management of project/account teams by:-
    - effective briefing of analysts and programming staff
    - taking full responsibility for quality and accuracy of output, once received

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a multi-channel data-driven marketing role
  • Previous account management experience
  • Hands-on campaign management experience ideally including email execution
  • Must have experience of planning, testing and targeting direct marketing campaigns
  • Any experience in data management, and analysis of customer driven marketing activity is a bonus, ie taking data and translating into measurable business gains
  • Excellent communication skills - a confident articulate presenter
