Our client, a technology company based in Cambridge, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their contract administration department. The aim of the role is to sell contracts and upgrade customers to a suitable contract where possible.  Ensuring that renewal contracts and end of support letters are sent out on time and queries are attended to promptly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Producing contract quotes/renewals to be sent to customers
  • Contract renewal processing
  • Dealing with contract enquiries
  • Raising PM's (worksheets for engineers)
  • Processing daily enquiries coming into the Service Contracts Inbox
  • Updating customer details in CRM
  • Tender support
  • Invoicing of contracts on SAP
  • Negotiating discounts with Trusts
  • Instrument collating for Trusts
  • Sending out warranty expiry letters to customers
  • End of support letters to be sent to customers
  • Actively selling service contracts to customers
  • Ensuring that Net Promoter Score (NPS) letters are sent to customers on time on a monthly basis

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will need to have a flexible attitude and approach to work and must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Previous administration experience and experience using CRM and SAP/ERP is preferred but not essential.
