They are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie who is looking to seriously further their career. In return they are offering excellent training opportunities and the support to develop skill, passion and flair. They are looking for a Chef de Partie with a proven background and can cover most sections. You will also have had exposure to at least 2AA rosette cooking, We are also looking for a Chef de partie that has had exposure to weddings /events as well. This medium sized, busy hotel has a traditional yet contemporay restaurant with their take on modern british classics with an award winning Head Chef at the helm that has attained in other establishments in Cornwall, to help progress with their food. Essential requirements: * Enthusiasm and true passion * Excellent organisation skills * Excellent attention to detail * Professional kitchen experience to a minimum of 1-2 rosette level is ESSENTIAL * The desire to develop and move forward in a rewarding career * Fantastic team working skills Hours of work are 40-48 hours per week and will include evenings and weekends.
