Location: Wilmslow

Salary: Competitive depending on experience + benefits (28 days holiday, pension, annual bonus)

They have exciting permanent opportunities for a Quality Assurance Consultant to join the Group Customer Service Assurance Team in Wilmslow

The key purpose of the role is to provide support to Group Customer Services operations within an independent Quality Assurance team function, ensuring we take a consistent and standardised approach to drive the right outcomes for the Customer and Business. This role will work to ensure that we promote & develop quality improvement with key stakeholders ensuring a pro-active approach to quality improvement, leading to improved customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • To provide support to GCS operations and QA team manager within the Quality Assurance team driving the best Customer outcomes adhering to risk, compliance and audit requirements.
  • To manage relationships specifically between the Quality Assurance central function and specific business areas of GCS.
  • To provide support, guidance and advise on QA and be a suitable role model to colleagues within GCS and Quality Assurance.
  • In conjunction with key stakeholders, you will support the development of a culture for continuous improvement and customer focus
  • Be a reference point on successful QA and considered a subject matter expert.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience within or knowledge of Quality Assurance, Risk or Audit, ideally from within a Financial Services environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build, maintain and influence relationships
  • Experience of MS Office suite
  • Problem solving, analysis and reporting skills
  • Familiar with Continuous Improvement methodologies
