Our prestigious client based in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Senior Spa Therapist to work within their Spa and Skincare Centre.
The position is working for a very high class Spa and they expect the same level of professional service to continue when you join! If you feel as though you are able to carry out treatments to a high standard, act as a role model and mentor for other Therapists plus still being able to have a guaranteed career progression, then look no further!
Main Duties
Carry out a range of treatments to a very high standard
Supports the Beauty & Assistant Beauty Manager
Mentor Therapists
Build regular client base
Achieve consistently high retail targets
Ensure smooth running of spa
Trains new starters
Knowledge/Experience/Skills
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Equivalent as a minimum
Minimum of 5year's industry experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
High Standard of appearance
Computer Literate
Self motivated and a team player
Must have own transport due to location
Re-numeration/Benefits
Uniform provided
Meal provided on duty
Commission on retail sales
Discount on product purchases and treatments
28 days holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays)
