Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious privately owned company that specialise in providing a unique Travel experience to all of their clients. As the assistant to the accountant/Office Administrator/Hr assistant/PA, each day will be varied, but will include creating high value invoices, using sage line 50, Purchase ledger and Sales ledger, reconciling accounts and running a monthly payroll. This rare opportunity will also embrace the skills of a individual who has the ability to work closely with Directors, dealing with confidential information, coupled with providing HR support to include new starters, leavers, payroll and pensions contributions.
About You
This is an amazing organisation to work for, they require a candidate who can demonstrate the ability to use sage line 50, run payroll, reconcile accounts, and also have the skills to speak directly to clients over the phone in connection with their accounts. As this is a luxury travel product. You may well currently work in that field, or a field closely associated, such as luxury cars, very high end holidays, or even bespoke furniture.
