My Client is a well established financial services provider based in central Bath. They have been enjoying a successful operation for over 15 years. They offer a challenging and enjoyable environment in a relaxed atmosphere.

They are looking to cover Maternity Leave for a period of 12 months for a Financial Services Personal Assistant.

In this role the main duties will be:

??? Telephone/ email handling dealing with client and provider queries
??? Manage a busy diary- arranging meetings and booking appointments.
??? Submit new business including investment and pension cases.
??? Liaise with product providers.
??? Attend meetings as and when required.
??? Maintain a computerised customer database, organising and updating relevant information.
??? Type up various documents and electronic information including the creation of client financial reports / letters / basic memos.
The best candidates will:
??? Previous experience in financial services, preferably within an IFA practice.
??? Have a professional appearance and confident manner.
??? Be able to display excellent written and oral communication. Accuracy and efficiency are key.
??? Have a methodical and organised approach, with particularly accurate data entry experience
??? Be computer literate with accurate typing skills at speed.
??? Be able to use their own initiative and sometimes work independently.
??? Have excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook and 3rd party provider software.
??? Comply with the firm's guidelines; training & competence; complaints and data security policies / procedures. Ensuring clients are treated fairly at all times.

??? Online Investment business processing experience.
??? Qualifications to 'A' level standard.
