UNIT MANAGER ?? 17 Hour--BATH -EXCLUSIVE RETIREMENT VILLAGE - RN- Nr Bath -Somerset
You will assist the General Manager in running of the Retirement Village and manage the Nurse team and the HCA team .
We will offer the best pay and training please just ask and we will run through the packages available -
As part of a team your Unit Manager role will include:
Day to day care and administration of medication to patients
Plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care
Maintain a safe and secure environment
Medical Documentation
Monitoring Patient Condition
Carrying out Treatment Plans
Assisting with Patient Needs
Must be a qualified RGN/ RMN/ Staff Nurse
Have a valid NMC pin number
Have experience with in Nursing Home or similar environments
Satisfactory CRB and POVA completion upon successful application
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be committed and dedicated to the role.
This would be an ideal opportunity for a Nurse looking to step up or an experienced Senior or some one who is currently a Deputy Manager .
