Essential skills:
* Experience using AutoCAD
* Strong retail property development background
* Ability to take projects from concept through to delivery
* Ensure health and safety legislation is enforced
Daily Duties:
The successful Project Manager will be delivering new build, refurbishments and extensions across this client's diverse property portfolio by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
