Who they are

They believe in championing the right of disabled people to live, work, socialise and participate in the community, free of discrimination and unnecessary boundaries.

Who they are looking for

They need reliable and passionate people to join their close-knit team of Support Workers and Relief Support Workers, supporting people out in the community, as well in their own homes. You’ll help them cook, clean, pay bills, apply for jobs, make friends and a thousand things in between.

With experience of supporting people with Autism and mental health you will also have knowledge of positive behaviour support.
