A growing FMCG company based in London is looking for a driven, dynamic and personable Demand Planner for their thriving export business. The purpose of this role is to manage the forecasting and demand planning process for EMEA. This role takes an instrumental lead within S&OP and is dealing direct with internal and external stakeholders so requiring excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create collaborative and robust demand plans using forecasting, sales figures and promotional information on a 12month basis for the export market.
* Participate in S&OP meetings across Europe.
* Ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained to meet customer requirements whilst minimising stock holding costs.
* Maintain excellent working relationships with retail customers and their supply chain teams.
* In conjunction with marketing, ensure all new products are developed to satisfy customer requirements/conformance and successfully integrated into the supply chain.
* Identify, formalise, initiate and manage Supply Chain improvement projects
* Formalise actions and support needed to solve issues and drive improved KPI performance as well reducing Transport & Warehouse costs / Cost to Serve.
* Maintain accurate records of Retailer EPOS data, providing sales team with monthly dashboards on sales performance by retailer.
* Monitor and improve OTIF between us and the customers - working to 99% OTIF.

Key Skills:
* Graduate calibre
* A strong understanding of Retail or FMCG supply chain with at least 4 years+ FMCG demand planning experience
* SAP/Manugistics highly desirable
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Customer focused - experience of working collaboratively with key retail customers
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Diligent in completion of tasks and projects
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
