Technical Support Advisor / HR Administrator

Hours: 37.5 Permanent

Salary: £15,000

Location: East Ardsley, Leeds

FusionHR support over 100 schools and businesses nationally with HR and Health and Safety services. Due to company growth we are seeking to appoint a skilled and motivated Technical Support Advisor / HR Administrator to provide admin support for our SAM (Staff Absence Management) software and to our HR team.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our SAM and FusionHR clients on a daily basis. You will play a highly supportive role and will need to be well organised and customer focused.

We are looking for an individual who possesses a range of skills and personal qualities. The successful applicant will have:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent

  • Excellent ICT skills including word, excel

  • Knowledge of databases

  • Office experience and ability to work as part of a team

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work

  • Work to deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy and ability to prioritise

  • Capacity for independent working and using initiative as well as the ability to contribute as an active member of the team

  • Excellent communication and interaction skills

The position is full time for 37.5 hours per week, working 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (including a half hour unpaid lunch break).
