Senior Project Manager - FCA Senior Manager Regime

Our client, a leading City based asset manager, has a vacancy for a senior project manager who has experience in leading transformational change to facilitate adoption of the FCA's Senior Managers Regime ( SMR ) across the IT enterprise. The successful candidate will have worked on this type of change programme at a UK financial entity possibly a retail bank, altho capital market buy-side experience would be invaluable in this case. You should be familiar with implementing systems and processes to support Management Responsibilities Maps and senior managers' Statements of Responsibility. You must have the confidence, regulatory experience ( FCA), some sector knowledge, formal methods and appropriate communication skills to work in an advisory and influencing role at the C Level and below.
