The contracts cover disabilities refugees, young people, apprenticeships and waged work placements funded by local authorities. You will have a range of responsibilities which will include:

- Day to day performance: Overseeing performance and putting in place processes and strategies to ensure targets are being met.
- The charity has a specialist NEETs team, and you will ensure that the contracts are linked up to provide opportunities for each other
- New funding is always on the horizon, and you will help to identify viable funding options and contribute to the bid formation
- Once new funding is awarded, you will be responsible for implementing and rolling out the contract, ensuring resources are in place and identifying staff from other contracts to move across as they come to an end

To apply, you must have worked at management level within Welfare to Work, and will have experience of working on multiple contracts, ideally covering most of the above bullet points.
