Role Overview An exciting new role has been created within our business. Our Banking & Financial Services division has had enormous success to date and this is down to providing an excellent service to our clients and always evolving and developing our offering to adjust to the changing nature of the market. We have recently seen an increase in demand for Polish based finance professionals to work in reputable Banking & Financial Service companies' shared service centres. As such, we are hiring a dedicated Consultant to manage these key accounts, given the volume of roles to recruit. You will be responsible for all recruitment requirements for Poland based clients and be supported in building a lucrative, quality service driven desk. A fluent competence in the Polish language is a critical requirement for this position. This position will be London based. You will report into the Divisional Director and work as part of the wider Banking & Financial services team. You will be the sole recruiter managing Poland based vacancies. To be deemed successful in this position you will provide support in:- Account Management, providing an exceptional recruitment service to our clients based in Poland. - Candidate acquisition through advertising current vacancies, reviewing applicants, proactively seeking referrals from clients and candidates, headhunting via LinkedIn, searching job boards and utilising our bespoke CRM. - Registering candidates, ensuring all supporting documentation required has been gathered to facilitate a quick turnaround for our clients. - Interviewing candidates (in person, Skype, FaceTime) to gain an understanding of their experience to date, their competencies, their career aspirations and market intelligence. - Briefing candidates on live vacancies and preparing candidates for client interviews. - Calendar management for interviews, in addition to sourcing candidate and client feedback. - Extending offers of employment to candidates and attaining references to ensure compliance. A target driven, financially motivated graduate would be suited to this position. Previous sales or recruitment experience is highly desirable but not a pre-requisite. You will have an excellent work ethic, be process driven and organised and want to establish a career in Recruitment.
