Understanding and interpreting policy concerning the many different types of employee absence and leaver processes, and providing administrative support to our Partners will be fundamental to your day-to-day activities. It's an intricate role so you'll need a sharp mind and be able to take the initiative to problem solve. You'll own multiple cases so the ability to prioritise and respond quickly to meet deadlines will be key. To be considered you should have experience in a similar role working within a HR administration team. Preferably you will have gained, or be studying towards, your CIPD (or similar). You should be able to demonstrate you are a team player with a calm and courteous manner and be confident you can communicate professionally at all times.
