The Role -We require an organised, energetic and dedicated Full Time, Regional Estate Agency Valuer looking to thrive in a professional, dynamic and progressive environment. There is also the added benefit of being based from home.-We are seeking a high calibre and well-motivated Valuer who is very capable at winning new instructions and is comfortable assessing property values across large regional areas. -This challenging role is very appealing to dynamic, target driven and focused individuals who want to make the most of this lucrative opportunity.-Appointments and initial Sales Valuation work will be provided by our Office-Based Property Sales Consultant Team, (centralised in Manchester City Centre) where this team will assist heavily in helping to win new business in alongside this Regional Estate Agency Valuer.What We Offer!Basic Salary GBP22,000 with a realistic OTE GBP45k+ uncapped, GBP350pcm Generous Car Allowance and Mileage paid at 25pence per mile PLUS we offer a fantastic bonus structure for you to start earning immediately whilst you build your commission pipeline.
