The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing the best quality candidates possible to fulfil interim contract roles for our customers. This person will directly support our customers, sales teams and companies wider growth aspirations. About The Person Proactive sourcing of candidates via all possible channels including job boards, networking and head huntingConducting screening and referencing of all candidatesArranging and conducting telephone interviewsGrowing your professional network and establishing yourself as an expert in the marketGenerating referrals, business recommendations and new business leads from your network to help company growthRepresenting and promoting QA Consulting at networking eventsManaging end customer relationships to ensure the continued success of the recruitment teamProvision of regular reporting and KPI on all activitiesBuild strong and positive relationships with wider QA staffAdhere to all Company policies, including, but not limited to Health and Safety policy, IT User policy and Anti-Bribery policy.Any additional tasks that you are assigned by your line manager or a senior member of staff Skills & Experience Proven and demonstrable ability to over achieve against targetsAble to, or the desire to, network at all levelsRelationship ManagementIT Industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)Excellent organisation and administration skillsSelf motivatedMethodical and tenaciousProfessionalAble to build confidence and relationships across all dimensions of the role Must be able to develop and deliver against clear business plans
