Insurance Sales / Customer Service / Renewal Advisors My client are actively seeking additional staff to add to their Motor Insurance Sales / Customer Service / Renewals Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Motor Insurance, but applicants with general office based customer service or sales experience will gladly be considered since full training will be provided. Core duties will include: Assessing risks, calculate quotations, ensure all quotes are underwritten correctly and present these verballyCalculate renewal quotations, insure all renewals are underwritten correctly and present these in writing as well as verballyRegular contact with other departments such as Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control and Accounts. Giving the successful applicant an insight and understanding in other aspects of insuranceTo liaise with the Insurance Company on any issue outside of our delegated authority.Contacting clients to take out allocated quotesContacting clients and encourage them to renew policiesTo create and build relationships with existing customers/agents to promote business development The office hours are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday in every three being a requirement from 9.30 - 1pm.
