Brief Outline:Site Manager - Drylining, Ceilings & Partitions - GBP50k to GBP55k - London. Due to expansion and an increase of projects our client now requires and experienced Drylining, Partitioning & Ceilings Site Manager to join their existing team and manage sites across London and the Home Counties.About the Client:Based in London our client is one of the most trusted Drylining, Partitioning & Ceilings contractors in the industry, offering a full range of services from Interior fit out to refurbishment. They are a medium size contractor with a GBP15million turnover and have healthy order books and have an excellent reputation in the industry. My client is looking for experienced Site Manager in and around London.About the Role:* Responsibility for ensuring Projects are completed to cost and on time* Responsible for performance and delivery on site* Able to convert plans and construction drawings into completed, cost-effective construction on site* Overall responsibility for the quality of completed projects* Responsible for programming and the efficient completion of works on site* Reporting to the Project ManagerAbout the Candidate:* At least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager* Good IT skills with ability to use Word and Excel to generate documents.
