Overview of Internal Recruitment The internal recruitment team are responsible for delivering an excellent recruitment service to the whole of the InterQuest Group. Proactively working on all passive and active candidates to ensure a quality pipeline of talent across the UK. Ensuring that the reputation of the business is upheld at all times and that every candidates has a good experience whether successful in the process or not. Delivering against high volume roles, the team work strategically to meet the business needs and work with internal stakeholders on promoting the power of their network. Aims and Objectives • Deliver a competency based recruitment process for internal vacancies across the group.• Research the market and create high quality talent pools of potential suitable candidates.• Create market maps.• Take a proactive approach to recruitment and introduce candidates into the business once they are identified and qualified.• Act in a point of contact with internal senior stakeholders to support their delivery needs.• Advertise, search and network for candidates for assigned vacancies.• Undertake candidate interviews, assist with assessment centres and follow internal recruitment process and procedures.• Arrange and coordinate Interviews with internal hiring managers.• Ensure 100% compliance on all candidates that have been taken through the recruitment process in line with the InterQuest Internal Recruitment policy.• Help to ensure that InterQuest is seen as the recruitment employer of choice.• Engage with Head of Internal Recruitment to decide KPI's, SLA's and deliver to these.• Ensure the candidate has a brilliant experience throughout the recruitment process.• Manage the internal applicant tracking system and ensure that accurate data is recorded for management reporting.• Assist the Head of Internal Recruitment with reporting activity levels across all live vacancies.• Maximise the exposure of all live vacancies through marketing techniques• Assist with any recruitment related projects as and when required. Experience, competencies and attitude required: • You have experience working as a recruiter with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have an agency recruitment background.• You have experience with building strong business relationships with senior managers.• You know how to move candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner.• You are brilliant at interviewing people and getting a good sense of who they are. You have excellent negotiation skills and professional presence.• You are skilled in advertising, working with job-boards, CV databases and web based search tools.• You are a strong communicator and treat all candidates with dignity and respect.• You have the ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.• You are flexible and can work on multiple roles at the same time.• You have a sense of humour.• You are not afraid to work hard to achieve results and strive to go above and beyond what it required to secure our talent.
