Our client in Coventry is a Classic Car Dealership, representing a historic and luxurious brand. They are in need of a Customer Service Advisor to deliver the highest level of care to their patrons. With a rich history, a passionate team, loyal customers, and a close-knit team of people to work alongside, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to love your job. The weekends off might be a plus as well!
In this role, you will be a customer's first contact with the business. You will help to book their vehicle into the workshop, ensuring that all work necessary is completed and all procedures are complied with, before handing the vehicle back to the customer. You will also be responsible for keeping the customer database up to date, completing parts orders, and promoting additional services.
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5, and would only be expected to work a weekend for special events. In return for your hard work, you can expect to earn a competitive basic salary, as well as a performance-based bonus.
If you have customer-facing Motor Trade experience, then this role might be for you!
