Wishlist Recruitment has been instructed on an Client Investment Assistant position in Bath. This is a varied role, where the post-holder will be responsible for providing administration support to IFAs, Investment Managers, Provider firms, clients and sales people. Graduates with some previous office based work experience/placement or internship may have an advantage. The Role: Providing administration support to IFA businesses & networks.Effectively handling administration requests from Financial Advisers, Investment Managers, 3rd parties and sales team.Maintaining a good level of product knowledge & market awareness and dealing with various products including SIPP, GIA, ISA & Bonds.Management reporting and project work.Systems testing, suggesting and rolling out new team process. Dealing with new business applications and any related administration queries.Understanding of FCA guidelines, regulatory issues and their impact. Skills & Experience: Ideally some previous experience of working within the Financial Services industry.Must be a capable, well-organised person with good communication skills.Should have strong administration skills and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.A good eye for detail is essential as is a good attitude, drive and commitment to learn.Graduates should have a relevant degree and demonstrate an interest in Investments and FinanceSome previous Pensions (SIPPs), Life or Investments (Bonds, ISAs, GIAs) knowledge would be perfect.
