Essential Experience:

- Must of worked in an office environment previously, preferably within manufacturing.
- Sage experience would be advantageous.

Job Summary:

To be able to process paperwork, filing, use Microsoft office, book jobs in and out, raise despatch documentation, answer telephone and divert calls as necessary, greet visitors at reception window, process the post on a daily basis and generally assist the office manager.

Key tasks:

1.Booking in enquires, printing drawings and packaging up enquiry for estimator
2.Updating enquiry system and filing of quotation
3.Booking jobs in to computer system and creating job file for contract manager
4.Weekly/monthly filing of all completed jobs
5.Processing white card and clock cards on a daily basis
6.When required, typing up bids and e-mailing to clients
7.General filing of all purchase orders delivery notes and material certs in job files
8.Answering main reception telephone and dealing with visitors
9.Date entry on SAGE software
10.Close attention to detail and problem solving skills
11.Any other tasks within scope of Admin duties

Monday - Thursday - 8.30am - 16.30pm
Friday - 8.30am - 3pm
