Traffic Signal Engineer vacancy in Liverpool
Our client, an international infrastructure and business services group, are looking for a Traffic Signals Engineer to join their expanding traffic signals team based in Liverpool.
For this role you would be degree qualified and be experienced in traffic signal design from feasibility through to implementation and be experienced in the use of LINSIG for traffic modelling. Being able to use MOVA and SCOOT is desirable.
Within this role you would be responsible for traffic signal design projects, liaising with clients & stakeholders, producing/checking drawings & specifications for traffic signal/ITS schemes. You would also have a willingness to develop your understanding of traffic systems/software and of commercial and financial requirements and budget control. This role will involve some site work but is predominantly office based.
