We have a newly created permanent Resourcing Advisor role to join our Recruitment Team in London to help support a huge recruitment drive going into 2017.

This role will take ownership of all operational recruitment for London CRC (part of the MTCnovo Joint venture) with a focus on direct sourcing part-qualified and qualified Probation Officers across the London region.

Our business is currently experiencing huge strategic and operational change on all fronts and The Recruitment Team will play a pivotal role in helping the business achieve its short, medium and long term resourcing targets.

This is a very exciting time for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join the team, especially if you thrive in a fast paced, start-up type environment and are motivated by the thought of making a real contribution to our business objectives. It's not often that recruitment teams genuinely get to say that, but in this instance we are truly in the spotlight and have a great opportunity to show what an innovative, forward thinking recruitment department can deliver.

The good bits:

MTCnovo is a relatively new company formed in Jan 2015 and we are right in the thick of a major business transformation in London
The HR team is very strong and there are some great people to learn from here
The Resourcing Advisor will have autonomy to coordinate recruitment from beginning to end so it's a chance for someone to manage that process themselves
This environment is totally unique so there will be a steep learning curve and plenty of challenges to keep you engaged
This role would suit an ex-agency recruiter with some in-house experience, or an agency recruiter looking to make their first internal move.

What we are looking for

A proactive approach is essential - we drive great recruitment here, not react when managers need us
A great communicator, confident pitcher and great closer; someone who can make candidates feel excited, informed and comfortable throughout the recruitment process and give them a best in class experience, even if they aren't successful
Amazing stakeholder management skills - our hiring managers are demanding but great to work with; we need you to work closely with them as a partner, show them what great recruitment processes can do, steer them in the right recruitment direction and support them with interview and selection
Great attention to detail and strong commercial acumen - it's the small details that deliver a great recruitment experience and we are partners to the business in helping it achieve what it needs to
