Our client is a Community Interest Company (CIC) owned by its employees. They design and deliver behavioural change programmes, training and new approaches, grown from their work within Criminal Justice, to transform the lives of individuals, families and communities.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Quality Analyst to work at their head office in Camden.
You will take a lead on supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of a variety of Local Authority (LA) and prison contracts tied to business strategy. Ensuring that our client is equipped with real time monitoring of business operations that will increase leverage for better decision making, planning and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role producing reports on performance of contracts, analysing and interrogating data.
Key skills and abilities include:
Ability to Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, reviewing and improving systems and processes.
Ability to develop and implement performance monitoring systems.
Ability to collation and analyse data, preparing reports and data presentation.
Able to demonstrate high attention to detail.
Ability to organise time and work flexibly, whilst under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders and various levels in the organisation.
