FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR - ISLE OF WIGHT - GBPNEGOTIABLE
TSA is an award winning independent specialist recruitment business. We focus on recruiting professionals in the construction, consultancy and civil engineering industries.
Our client is a blue chip main contractor with an incredible reputation throughout the industry! They construct a wide variety of building projects ranging from flagship mixed use development schemes to student accommodation, schools and hospitals. Schemes range in value up to GBP100m+.
They have won a framework for new build schools in the Isle of Wight and are looking for additional support from Quantity Surveyors of all levels with duties obviously varying depending on level of experience. The schools are being constructed under a bespoke form of contract.
Duties could include the following: -
* Take offs
* Sending out packages for quotations and analysis of these
* Procurement of subcontractors and management of the same
* On site measurement, checking of variations and making applications for payment
* CVRs
* Agreeing of final accounts
* Minimum of 2 years working experience
* Day rate negotiable - permanent contracts can be offered
