Monday - Friday 8.00am to 6pm (Saturday 1 in 2 - AM)
My Client, a thriving and busy Main Car Dealer near Coventry is looking to recruit a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to become an integral part of the Service Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door within one of the best Dealerships in the area!
Within this positon your job duties will include:
Booking customers' vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments
Advising on warranty issues and advisory notes
This Dealership is exceptionally stable and therefore offers an environment that is professional, enjoyable but also exceptionally experienced in the Manufacturer. To be successful you must have Motor Trade experience within the Service Department and be passionate in delivering the best customer service every time.
