Marketing Assistant

My client, a highly respected organisation with multiple sites, is looking for a temporary marketing assistant to provide some assistance to their extremely successful team for the next few months. You will be responsible for:-- Supporting the production of new marketing materials with the team and external assistants-- Sorting out print store and co-ordinating supplies of printed materials to field teams-- Helping organise some internal and external events-- Various administrative tasks in support of the marketing team To succeed in this role you will have a good amount of previous experience in a marketing related position. To be a successful marketing assistant, you will be knowledgeable on the principles and processes involved in marketing. You will need to be confident in your own ability as you will be left to work on your own at points as the other members of the marketing team may be required elsewhere. If you are educated to degree level, this would certainly be desirable. This position will be working Monday to Friday 9-5, for a duration of 3-6 months and potentially longer, should you impress! The successful marketing assistant will be paid at a rate of between GBP12-GBP13 per hour and the company has other great benefits that you will also be entitled to.
