An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a unique business based in the outskirts of Twyford. The main purpose of this role is to provide general day-to-day support for four major client accounts within the Client Services Team. Responsibilities will include: Checking and processing forms and documentationPreparing, maintaining and sending out materials ahead of events e.g. brochures, ID badges, clothing and equipmentMake quality control calls to customers to ensure company guidelines are adhered to. Manually checking completed customer forms each weekContacting customers by phone and/or letter to resolve queriesGeneral AdministrationArranging couriersAssisting with mailings Experience and Skills Required Minimum 9 months administration experience Excellent communicator both written and verballyPolite, confident telephone mannerHappy to work as part of a team and go above and beyond when requiredStrong Organisational SkillsAbility to multi-taskComputer literateGood Attention to detail This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to work for an exceptional company who really look after their employees and offer a great route for career progression!
