Business Development Executive
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £9.50 - £10.00 per hour, plus incentives
Our client is one of the country's leading business-to-business marketing and digital services companies, specialising in the IT & Telecoms sectors.
They are looking to recruit experienced Business Development/telephone marketing professionals to join their enthusiastic business development team on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis.
The main purpose of the role is to make outbound calls to companies in the UK or EMEA regions to market a specific IT solution, generate sales pipeline, identify and qualify sales opportunities and arrange appointments for our client's technical sales staff. You may also be required to work on a range of different marketing campaigns from time to time including Event Support, Profiling, Data build & Cleanse.
37 hours a week:
9-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9-4:30pm on Friday or
8-4pm Monday to Thursday and 8-3:30pm on Friday
Weekly incentive: Friday afternoon off for exceeding target by 20%
Suitable candidates must have business to business experience in one of the following: Telephone marketing, IT Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Direct Marketing, Business Development, Internal Sales, Appointment Setting, Account Management, Customer Service with upselling targets or Field Sales. Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
