The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator role in a Customer Service Centre in Leicester.This is a 12 month fixed term contract. For this role, we need someone who is an experienced Administrator, as you will be responsible for a variety of Admin duties within the office.The role will include running KPI's for the contact centre, and raising invoices. You will be actively dealing with ePost, handling memorandum payments and keeping a log of all payments via different budgets. You will be using different systems to pull reports for the KPI's of advisors. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as an Administrator in a contact centre. You will have to have extensive knowledge of Contact Centre processes with experience in a similar environment.Strong Excel knowledge is of great importance, to be able to run the KPI's daily. The Client A large Customer Service Centre close to Leicester city centre.
