PA - Media Technology
Handle Recruitment are working with a fantastic media tech company to find a bright, organised and adaptable PA to support the CEO on a permanent basis. Based in a fantastic location in Central London, this role is best suited to an individual who is used to working in a small or start up environment and can adapt to the pace and ever changing direction of the CEO's schedule. Working within a team of 5 in the London office, part of a wider company of 40 people based internationally. The duties of this role will include: Providing support to the CEO, including arranging meetings, managing diaries, holiday records, international travel plans.Assist other departments, including Finance and Marketing in London as required, and liaise with the company's partner companies in Austria and Poland;Manage the company's relationships with other suppliers including mobile phones, where a review and rationalisation is required;Other ad hoc/project work as needed.
