Days Agent: 5 out of 7 days, variable start between 6-10am, GBP9.00ph, varied contract lengths. *Please note: all roles are for an immidiate start. Working as part of our flagship team at Luton Airport, this team of Airport Customer Service Agents will ensure the smooth running of Addison Lee's provision of ground transport services. The agents will provide friendly and professional support and travel advice where appropriate to Addison Lee and airport passengers.First impressions are key as this team will be the face of Addison Lee, meeting and greeting passengers, processing bookings and liaising with various Head Office departments to resolve queries.MAIN DUTIES Providing a cheerful, friendly and professional "meet and greet" service to Addison Lee and airport customers/visitorsTaking journey and passenger details from customers and ensuring accurate entry into our booking softwareDiscussing all transport and upgrade options with customers, and promoting our higher standard services where possible (e.g. chauffeur cars)Providing customers with accurate travel adviceAssisting with queries and questions in a timely mannerLiaising with various Addison Lee Head Office departments regarding customer journey details and to resolve any queriesAssisting customers with special needs and disabilities DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE??? Strong interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, and an ability to adapt your style to suit the situationFirst class customer service skillsPrevious experience of working in a customer-facing role (eg: within hospitality, retail, travel, etc.)Smart and well-groomed appearanceFluent written/spoken English, plus an additional European language (desirable, but not essential) Please apply ASAP to be considered for an interview.
