Post: Case Manager (National Offender Management Services CFO3)

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs per week)

Location:  HM Prison Dartmoor

Salary: £22,100 to £25,415 per annum

Contract:  Fixed term initially for 6 months with possibility of becoming permanent

As a sub-contractor for Shaw Trust, St Loye's Foundation is a delivery partner for the National Offender Management Services (NOMS) CFO3 (Co-Financing Organisation) contract in Devon.

NOMS CFO3 is a European Social Fund (ESF) prison and community based project aimed at reducing reoffending and promoting social inclusion for offenders and ex-offenders.

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to work within custody and community across Devon.

As Case Manager your role will be to manage a caseload of offenders and ex-offenders, addressing barriers to support them to move towards mainstream provision, engage in their community and move into employment.

This is a prison and community based role, with an expected 70% of participants in custody and 30% in the community.
