Reporting to the UK Market Manager.

Working Hours.
40 Hrs per week

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary £18-£20K + commission.

Job Purpose:
To generate a consistent flow of sales and ongoing sales opportunities within the boundaries as laid out by the Market Manager.

Key Accountabilities.

• Participate in targeted telesales campaigns and face 2 face using the appropriate tools provided and required by the business.
• Generate new business and achieve agreed sales targets both personal and team.
• Work to achieve the agreed Key Performance Indicators
• Completion of all data input and administrative requirements in an accurate, timely manner.
• Accurate and consistent use of all company recording systems, including LIME, GO ACCEPT and SOLUS.

Key Performance Indicators

• 60 Outbound call per day
• 10 call through GO ACCEPT
• 2 sales per day
• 10 sales per week
• Complete and accurate input of data onto recording systems.
