Senior Telesales Executive - experienced in cold calling - Birmingham

Telesales Executive with experience in cold calling is required for this leading global retail service provider to be based in their Birmingham office (within walking distance of Birmingham International Train Station).

In the role you will report to the Key Account Manager and be responsible for sales prospecting via telephone and other related media. You will be involved in developing and executing sales plans and goals designed to increase sales within the Residential Property division of the company.

Essential skills needed:
* Previous experience in cold calling / Telesales
* Should be a team player with an appetite for a challenge and ensuring accuracy is the first priority.
* Must be able to interact with people on all levels with fantastic communication and organization skills.
* Excellent time-management
* Must be quick to learn and adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative processes.

* Experience of working with CRM software would be useful ( as a preferred option) but not essential
* Previous experience in a similar industry or within the residential property environment
