Are you a Contracts or Project Manager with an electrical background looking for a varied role with plenty of site work? On offer is training and progression.
You will need an experience working with contractors on electrical building service projects where you will manage the staff and reduce costs within projects with subcontractors.
This is the opportunity to work with a growing company who work on varied building service projects up to GBP1 million in value where you will be able to manage the completion of contracts/ projects. This is the opportunity to get out of the office and be face to face on site with contractors and customers.
The role:
* Manage completion of projects up to GBP1 million in value
* Financial control - keeping projects within cost and budget
* Attend site meetings
The person:
* Contracts/Project Management background
* Electrical or Electrician or building services background
* Happy to do travel to site for various projects
* Experience working on building services projects with contractors
