Automotive Parts Advisor, Canterbury, Kent
Salary Dependent on Experience plus bonus
Our client a volume main car dealership in Canterbury, Kent is looking to employ an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team.
As part of our clients main car dealership aftersales team you will be responsible for:
-meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
-ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
-checking in parts deliveries
-liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customer
- proving quotations
-advising the customer on any repair issues and costs, gaining authority for any additional work
-promoting additional products, accessories and warranties
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent main car dealership experience within a Parts Advisor role.
