Site Manager - Hospital fit out

Project
- Fit out and refurbishment of a private hospital facility
- Project value GBP3m
- Manage project from start to finish.
Duties
- Ensuring that the projects are completed safely, on time and within budget
- Managing Subcontractors
- Controlling projects to Financial Budget
- Required to run the project from start to finish
- Good knowledge of word and excel
- Ensuring health and safety checks are being met and carried out appropriately
- Building and developing relationships with clients
- Need to work well under pressure and fixed deadlines.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work within a team.
- Good time management skills and be well organised.
Desired Candidate
- Will have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certification
- Relevant experience on fast track fit out projects
- Healthcare and Hospital project experience
- Can provide 2 references
