Trainee / Recruitment Consultant - Rail

Randstad CPE are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic consultant to join our rail team based in Manchester. We enjoy existing partnerships and frameworks with many major rail contractors and have around 500 primary sponsored workers out on site each week. We're innovative in health, safety and well-being, and we'll shortly record our eighth consecutive year of growth within rail!

We want to identify an enthusiastic, hard working, ambitious individual to join us. You will be responsible for managing some existing accounts, helping to develop new ones, and to further expand our rail workforce in the Northern region. Level of experience is less important to us than drive, determination, and passion.

Candidate Specifications:

* This position does require a full driving license.
* Degree educated ideal, but not required
* Experience in Rail recruitment ideal, but will also consider experience in construction, trades and labour, or civil engineering recruitment - Blue Collar
* Previous recruitment or sales experience is an advantage
