Just go currently have a fleet of 100 late model Motorhome with a team of up to 50 staff and over 1.5 acres of Valeting buildings and hardstanding. We are looking for a full time Sales manager to join our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of preparation of our sales motorhomes. The role includes emailing clients, answer phones, fleet logistics, liaising with third party suppliers, liaising with our operations team. Meeting and greeting potential sales customers, showing them around the vehicles and securing the sale. The successful candidate must be reliable and trustworthy, responsible and self motivated, have strong computer skills and come from a sales background. You will be part of a larger team of both admin staff and operations staff including our workshop team so strong communication skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a team are key skills we require.

Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and showing them around the motorhomes
- Dealing with client sales enquiry emails
- Day to day sales logistics
- Arranging vehicle servicing/MOTs where applicable
- Updating & logging sales activity and working alongside sales budgets - Demonstrating/presenting products - Maintaining accurate records - Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings - Reviewing sales performance - Overseeing vehicle preparation
- Answering telephone calls
- Producing Internal sales paperwork
- Liaising with the customer throughout the sales process
- Sales handover paperwork with customer upon collection
- Producing invoices
- Produce Sales material and update sales board
- Organising third party suppliers
- Booking jobs into our own internal workshop/operations team

Core Competencies:
- Must have a background in Sales environment
- Management experience an advantage
- Motor trade experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in word, excel, outlook and power point
- Great eye for detail
- Good paperwork skills
- Self motivation and ability to manage time and priorities well
- Able to work competently alone or within a team
- Presentable and flexible approach to tasks
- Desire to take responsibility and constantly develop skills and abilities to the next level
- The ideal candidate will be willing to work 40 hours per week and be flexible to working hours typically between Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm and some Sunday's
- Clean driving license with over 2 years experience

Just go operates the largest fleet of late model motorhomes in the UK. Due to rapid expansion we are now looking to appoint a full time sales manager. The ultimate candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, good time management and computer skills, be a strong team player and thrive in working in a young and constantly growing environment.

Salary Range: Initial OTE GBP35,000.00 including commissions - dependant on experience. An additional bonus scheme will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
