Assistant Restaurant Manager - you will be accountable for the full day to day operation of the busy bar and restaurant. The unit offers both a full bar operation and fine dining operation using locally sourced ingredients and suppliers. Manage the P and L Accounts, drive the business, recruitment and create and manage supplier relationships. Optimise sales opportunities, create and manage events and create a presence in the local community.
