Graduate Design Technician (Graphic Design/ Photoshop)
GBP18,000 per annum + annual salary increases + full training + progression + 33 days holiday + pension + business expenses + company benefits

Are you a Graduate with Photoshop experience looking for training to allow you to begin a career in design? On offer is full training in a varied role producing designs for manufactures, with annual salary reviews and career progression available.
Graduates from college and university are encouraged to apply to this role if you have used Photoshop and come from any of the following backgrounds: engineering, product design, graphic design, or any of the sciences.
On offer is full technical training to provide you with all the knowledge you will need for the role e.g. product specifications, colour management, material properties and the effects of manufacturing processes on design. This department is rapidly expanding, providing you with long term opportunities to progress your career and shape the growth of the department.
On a day to day basis you will use Photoshop software to produce both technical and graphic designs for manufacturing clients. You will be based both in the office and at client sites, providing design services to manufacturers and following the process from start to finish providing technical support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to enter a technical role in the manufacturing industry, with full training on offer to develop your skills as a Design Technician.
The Role:
* Producing technical and graphic designs, marketing materials and specifications
* Using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel (training provided as required)
* Opportunities to travel
The Person:
* Recent graduate from design, engineering or science
* Photoshop experience (from education or from personal hobbies)
* UK Driver's license
