Senior Client Relations Advisor - Senior Customer Complaints Officer - Complaint Handler Glasgow

Senior Client Relations Advisor required for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Glasgow. As Senior Client Relations Advisor- Complaint Handler you will be joining a complaints team that delivers a seamless customer experience and aims to achieve the best possible outcomes.

As a Senior Client Relations Advisor, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Ensuring all complaint cases are dealt with in line with standards and guidelines
• Calculating levels of redress or compensation, and goodwill payments within discretionary limits
• Undertaking diary management to ensure complaint cases are progressed to resolution
• Making presentations at senior levels, to explain and justify complaint resolutions and decisions
• Keeping clear records of investigations and providing succinct executive summaries.

As a Senior Review Officer, it is essential that you have previous experienced within a similar position along with the following skills and knowledge:-
• A thorough knowledge of regulated investment products
• Experience of exposure to customers and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• A commitment to providing a high level of customer service at all times
• The confidence to work as part of a team in a target-driven environment
• A thorough understanding of the complaints lifecycle
