This specialist groundworks sub-contractor is currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor, ideally qualified with a good number couple of years' experience within a groundworks residential background. This person will need to know how to formulate estimates, do measures from drawing's, bills of quantities, schedules of rates, site measuring, dealing with subbies, sub contractor payments, client applications, material procurement & sending out enquiries. This is an immediate requirement and a permanent requirement
