My client are a high end residential developer currently seeking a Sales Consultant to be based in their Head Office - Fareham

You day to day duties will be:
*Answering incoming calls within 3 rings
*Entering client details onto the sales database
*Following up tasks via daily action list within allocated timescales - KPI's
*Making appointments for sites and reaching targets
*Responding to internet enquiries, entering onto database
*Posting brochures
*Creating and updating the whitepacks
*Attend sales meetings at Head Office and necessary meetings on sites
*Attend weekend launches where needed
*Attend evening launches where needed
*Site cover where needed
*Checking BH, Rightmove, Prime Location and Estate Agents websites are up to date - particularly for unmanned sites
*Competitor reports for unmanned sites
*Maintaining head office reports and distributing to management
*Printing required information for management files on a Monday morning
*Database collation for mail outs and co-ordinate mail out - Mail merges for invitations and flyers
*Visit Sales sites as and when required
*Ordering buyers guides
*Monitoring database and X statuses across all developments

New Homes experience in a similar role is an a mandatory requirement for this role.
